Use the following instructions to download and use
an Excel order sheet to receive Good News SCRIP-EOWOOD cards.
(Note: If you do not have Microsoft Excel you may be able to use a similar, free program from a free email account from GOOGLE to open this file.)

Instructions:

Step 1: Open the Excel file by clicking the "Excel Online Order Sheet" link (below).
Step 2: In window that opens choose "Open this file with Microsoft Office Excel" and click OK button. Excel file opens up on your screen.
Step 3: Click your mouse on the box in column "B" with the word "Name-". Replace "Name-" with your name.
Step 4: Click your mouse on the box in column "I" with the word "Date-". Replace "Date-" with today's date: include month, date, and year. Excel will change your entry to an automatic format for that box.
Step 5: Begin choosing the businesses that you would like to have cards for. Type in the number of cards you want for each business you want in the boxes located in columns "E", "K", or "Q". Excel automatically fills in the dollar amounts for each of your selections.
Step 6: When you are finished making your selections, proof your choices and get your check book ready. Make your check payable to E.O.W.O.O.D. for the dollar amount shown after you click on the box to the right of the bottom line which reads: TOTAL PURCHASE FOR THIS ORDER.
Step 7: Open the "File" menu located at the top of your screen and either scroll down to "Save As" or down to "Send To".
Step 8A: If you choose "Save As", save the updated Excel file to your Desk Top or My Documents folder and while saving it, type in the title "(your name)EOWOOD(today's date). Example: "JonDoeEOWOOD042708".
Step 9A: Close the Excel window. Open up your "online" email program or the email program on your computer; write a short letter to Bud; then attach the updated Excel file to it. Send the email to: scrip-eowood@hisgoodnews.com.
OR
Step 8B: If you have email software installed on your computer and you have this option on your computer choose "Send To" under the "File" menu. Select "Mail Recipient" which will automatically take you to your email software program with this file attached to the letter you plan to send to: scrip-eowood@hisgoodnews.com.

Bud will look for your email order each week. If there is not a problem filling your order, he will have the cards ready for you to pick up when you arrive with your filled out check at the EOWOOD desk.
